Stilvoll eingerichtetes Hotel. Top Lage zum Skifahren. Zimmer waren, wie das gesamte Hotel, geschmackvoll und sauber. Der Wellnessbereich ebenso. Die Sauberkeit ließ hier nach, sobald es voller wurde. Service und die Gastronomie waren eine Katastrophe.
Frühstück war okay. Das Abendessen sah besser aus, als es schmeckte. Service in der Gastro war enttäuschend. Morgens war oft noch gar kein Personal da, als wir kamen. Abends kam es beim Essen, bei den Getränken und bei der Rechnung oft zu langen Wartezeiten. Leider sprach auch hier das Personal weder deutsch noch englisch.
Rezeption sprach leider größtenteils weder deutsch noch englisch. Das Personal war im gesamten Hotel zwar überwiegend bemüht, dabei aber wenig herzlich bis unhöflich.
