Leider war der gesamte Aufenthalt in der Villa Chiquita nicht so, wie wir ihn uns vorgestellt hatten. Trotz der Bitte um ein Zimmer am Pool, bekamen wir ein Zimmer mit Blick auf Kräne und Baustelle. Wir konnten den Balkon nicht nutzen, ohne von Bauarbeitern gesehen zu werden. Das Essen war gut, aber leider so stark asiatisch angehaucht, dass man nicht das Gefühl hatte, in Spanien zu sein. Authentische spanische Küche hätte aus unserer Sicht besser gepasst. Der Poolbereich war nicht sorgfältig geputzt. Der Taubenschiss am Pool wurde nie weggemacht. Die defekte Dusche nicht repariert. Sehr unerfreulich! Auch die in anderen Rezensionen gelobte Freundlichkeit war sehr aufgesetzt. Wenn man etwas brauchte, wie zb einen Schirm, bekam man nur zu hören, dass man schneller laufen müsse, um nicht nass werden. Das Frühstück war sehr lecker, sodass man wenigstens gut in den Tag starten konnte. Wir waren vor 6 Jahren schon einmal in der Villa Chiquita und man merkt leider den Direktionswechsel zum Schlechteren. Wir werden nicht mehr wiederkommen

Please note that your booking was for a standard double room (without view), a category that does not include pool views. Rooms with pool or sea views belong to a higher category. During the stay, we are always available to offer alternatives if the assigned room does not meet our guests’ expectations. We also appreciate it when such preferences are communicated to us at the time of booking, as this allows us to better ensure that our guests’ wishes are fulfilled. Our technical team responds immediately to reported incidents. However, during your stay, we did not receive any notification regarding the shower. Had we been informed, we would have addressed the issue without delay. Our pool and its facilities are regularly cleaned and inspected by our staff to ensure the hygiene and well-being of our guests. If at any point this did not match your impression, we sincerely apologize. We would have greatly appreciated being notified directly so that we could take immediate action. Our cuisine is Mediterranean with international influences – an offering that our guests value highly and which can always be reviewed on the available menu.
