Aus DeutschlandDas Essen war gut, der Hauswein ging leider gar nicht....nicht so toll war auch, dass man sich kein Wasser in Flaschen (fürs Zimmer, für den Strand etc.) abfüllen konnte, da gibt es mittlerweile in anderen Hotels bessere Lösungen Ebenfalls war nicht so schön, dass einige (offensichtlich höher gestellte) Servicekräfte nur dafür da waren, die Gäste zu kontrollieren, hatte eher was vom Gefängniswärter... Gut zu wissen: Ansagen und Infos, Abendveranstaltungen waren vor allem auf Italienisch - auf jeden Fall nicht in Deutsch

Dear guest, thank you for the review and the excellent rating. We are sorry to read that you did not appreciate our Portuguese wine and that, due to the normal checks of our staff, you felt like you were in prison. We have many points that cover the restaurant service from 7.30 am to midnight, where you can drink and eat. Removing food and drinks from our central restaurant is limited by us, to prevent ceramic and glass plates and glasses from reaching the pool and beach, which could break and become dangerous for our guests. Furthermore, we give the possibility to fill your bottles with water, the important thing is not to exaggerate with the quantities. Best regards
