We would like to thank you for your feedback. We respect your opinion but the feedback we get from the guests is that the staff is the best asset to the hotel. Serving with a smile, always there to help and even when you are shouting to them they stay professional. As a manager that doesn’t care, I enjoyed our discussion when I was thanked by you for the fast action and the best solution I provide, to all issues that you raise upon your arrival. Yet again, when the FTI representative visited the hotel, nothing was requested from you, saying that everything is shorted and it’s all fine now. As per the sweaty director I thank you for this that proves that he is not sitting doing nothing but he is sweating himself from work. As a policy, lights are left on BUT there is a switch that needs your room cardkey to activate the room electricity. Doors kept anyway closed even if guests forget them open. As per stolen money, In your own words not accusing cleaners or other staff but money might be lost on a day trip or some other excursion or shopping that took place. Safe is provided for free to all rooms in order to keep personal things safely there. As we told you in person, losing money is not the end of the world so we wish you all the best and let us know if you find the 250 euros in some forgotten pocket in your bag, we will have a beer and a glass of wine for your lady and you.
