Hidden small restaurant with excellent price/quality report

Looking for this small hidden jewel in the middle of Paris ? Always wanted a quiet place away from the tourist traps ? Hate these big chain resaurants which beat the money out of your pocket ? Then: Small menu with about 7 entrees (€12) , main courses (€17) and desserts (€10). Very good house wine €11 per bottle. (very, very good price/quality report: an example for many great chefs, how to cook the same for less) Chef is doing a perfect job in small half open kitchen. One item of menu is changed about every 14 days. Relaxed atmosphere, international crowd and local neighbourhood customers (who can come back the day after to settle their bills (yes, it exsist in the middle of Paris!!)) Music starts off quitely around 20.00 and will be sweeping up through the evening and beginning of the night. Friendly staff, giving you good advise on food and wine.
