Die "Praia de Peniche de Cima", auch als "Praia do Cerro" bekannt, erstreckt sich vom Pier im Nordwesten bis zur Praia da Cova da Alfarroba im Südosten. Der landseitig von Dünen umgebene breite Strand ist mit hellem Sand bedeckt. Der Wellengang ist moderat. Sportmöglichkeiten: Beachvolleyball, Strandfußball.
