Dear Susanne, The beach is sandy and has a shallow entrance into the sea. Please note that our resort features two beach areas: one is protected and has limited sea access, while the other offers free access to the water. Dear Dominic, As Ulrike pointed out, the sea is a public space that you can use at your discretion. However, we agree with her that using it at night may not be the safest option. Please note that our pools are not available for use after they close at 19:30 for safety reasons. Since the pools contain fresh water, they need to be cleaned regularly. Chemicals are used during this cleaning process, which is why swimming is not permitted at that time. You are welcome to use the pools again starting at 07:30 in the morning. Best regards,
