Dear Nadine, We would like to thank you for your question. To make it easier for our guests to understand which room types are newly renovated in our property we have named those ones “Deluxe” Rooms. The Superior Apartments have not been renovated lately, but as you may see on the pictures on our website, they are in good condition and have their own charm with warm colors and nice decoration.
