Dear Oana, we want gluten-free meals to be an available option in our restaurants and easy to find just like any other meal. Some gluten-free meals have to be done upon request. We would like to let you know that through the central air conditioning system, small particles of gluten might pass to our central kitchen; accordingly we cannot 100% guarantee that meals ingredients haven`t been in contact with gluten. Furthermore, we would like to inform you that gluten-free flour is not always available in Hurghada, we kindly ask you to bring along the appropriate flour with you.
