Das Hotel verdient keine 5 Sterne. Jedentag gab es das selbe Essen. Die fliesen und die fugen im Pool gehen ab, sodass ich mir sogar den fuß aufgeschnitten habe. Das Meer war dauerhaft dreckig, sowie das Meer und der Strand komplett mit Müll. Unser Zimmer wurde nicht vernünftig gereinigt, überall lag noch Sand obwohl wir Deluxe gebucht hatten. Keine Animation oder Musik im Hotel. Unfreundliches Personal, was einen auch größtenteils Ignoriert und so tut als hätten die einen nicht gehört

Please allow us to clarify that our infinity pool is newly built, and we regret to hear you hurt your foot, we will re-inspect the area thoroughly to ensure guest safety. Regarding entertainment, our hotel offers a full program including DJ nights at The Avenue, live sessions at the Pool Bar and Zanzibar on Saturdays, as well as weekly performances by our Saxophonist, Singer Duo, and Solo Singer across Café Naseem and Rosmarino. From October 2025, the Saxophonist will also be performing every Friday at Zanzibar. We have also noted your comments on food variety, room cleanliness, and staff service, and these have been shared with our management team to ensure improvements. As for the beach, we carry out regular cleaning, though unfortunately sea waves can sometimes bring in debris. We will step up our efforts to keep the shoreline in the best condition possible.
