Schlange stehen ist an der Tagesordnung im Hauptrestaurant. Wenn man sich nicht direkt 18 Uhr anstellt um ein Tisch zu bekommen steht man mitunter 20 Minuten bis ein Tisch frei wird
Beschwerden wurden aufgenommen jedoch keine Lösung, entgegenkommen oder Entschuldigung geliefert... Es ist stillschweigend einfach nichts passiert. Ich habe sogar im Urlaub eine Mail ans Hotel geschickt und kein Entgegenkommen sondern nur Erklärungen, war es so ist, erhalten

Regarding your comment about cockroaches in the room, please rest assured that our hotel undergoes regular inspections by a certified pest control company. Cleanliness and hygiene are top priorities for us, and we take such concerns very seriously. Had this been reported during your stay, we would have responded immediately and taken the necessary action to resolve the issue. Concerning the air conditioning: it is designed to operate only when the balcony door is fully closed, in line with our energy efficiency and environmental standards. If there was a technical issue, we regret the inconvenience and would have promptly addressed it had we been informed. As for the storage space in the family suite, we understand your feedback. While our rooms are designed to be functional for families, we take your comments into account and will assess potential improvements. Regarding the location of some family suites near service areas: while this is true in certain cases, we adhere to strict delivery schedules to ensure guest comfort and minimize any disturbances. With respect to the main restaurant, during peak occupancy, short waiting times can occur — particularly right at the start of dinner service at 6:00 p.m. Our team works diligently to manage seating efficiently and make the dining experience as smooth as possible for all guests.
