Das Hotel liegt ziemlich zentral, Metro-Station in knapp 15 min zu Fuß zu erreichen. Freundliches und zuvorkommendes Personal, von der Rezeption über Bedienungspersonal bis zum Zimmerservice.
Wir hatten ein großes Zimmer mit großem Bad, Dusche, WC und Bidet, leider gab es kein deutsches Fernsehprogramm. Die Betten waren uns zu hart, hier wurde aber mit einem Topper schnell geholfen.
Wir hatten all-inclusive gebucht und waren voll zufrieden. Speisen und Getränke entsprachen unseren (europäischen) Vorstellungen. Das im Hotel befindliche italienische Restaurant war hervorragend, das bewerten wir auf Tripadvisor separat.
In allen Bereichen, ob im gastronomischen Bereich, an der Rezeption oder beim Zimmerservice war das Personal sehr aufmerksam, zuvorkommend und hilfsbereit.
Die Fahrt vom Flughafen bis zum Hotel dauerte ca. 20 min. Die nächste Metro-Station war zu Fuß in knapp 15 min zu erreichen.

Im Fitnessraum waren moderne Geräte (wie in unserem Fitnessstudio zu Hause vorhanden. Der Platz auf der Terrasse am Swimming-Pool war leider nicht für alle Gäste ausreichend. Leider haben die Angestellten am SwimmingPool an mehreren Nachmittagen die Sonnenschirme geschlossen, weil angeblich der Wind zu stark war und die Gefahr bestand, dass die Schirme umkippen. Das konnten wir leider nicht nachvollziehen und es hat uns geärgert, weil wir bei über 35 Grad nicht in der prallen Sonne am Pool liegen konnten.
