14 tage das selbe für eine scheibe käse muste man sich anstellen da alles frisch geschnitten wurde und als Mann nur wenig 1-2 Scheiben bekammen aber als junge hübsche Frau alles und reichlich + anflierten bekamen egal wie lang die Schlange dahinter war,gereinigt wurde währent der Gäste so das man auch schon mal den Besen um die Füße bekam,Hygiene kann man nicht so nennen,wenn man einen Blick hinter dem Büfett getan hat,essen landestypisch ,
freundlich,kamen mit englische und gebrochen deutsch hin,Zimmerreinigung nur einmal durch gefegt , Spiegel wurden nie gereinigt,Betten aber jeden Tag gut gemacht

The fact that you, as a man, had to queue for a single slice of cheese while others were given preference is unacceptable behavior from our staff that I will not tolerate. I am particularly concerned about your descriptions of the hygiene behind the scenes and the cleaning during meal times. The fact that "the broom got around your feet" while you were eating contradicts every etiquette of a 4-star house. Also, the condition of the rooms, especially the "germ-ridden" air conditioning and the bathroom in need of renovation, does not meet the standard I strive for for my guests.
