Der erste Eindruck ist wie erwartet auf den Bildern.Doch um so tiefer man geht und so schlimmer wird es.Angebliches Kinderhortel die Kinder sollten an der kinderrezeption willkommen heißen von wegen nichts passiert.Während wir den Check in durchführten langweilten sich die kinder?Es wird einem nichts wirklich gezeigt es dreht sich alles nur um Geld.Das Hotel ist voll die Abzocke. Die Buchung war inkl. Frühstück und Abendbrot haben wir dazu gebucht aber es stand nirgends das Getränke nicht dazu zählen,Abzocke?sowas hab ich noch nie erlebt egal was man isst oder trinkt man muss es bezahlen ob am Pool ob im Hotel und das in einem 4 Sterne Hotel mit einer erhöhten Preisklasse. Das Familienzimmer viel zu klein.Wir waren 2 Erwachsene und 2 Kinder man hatte kein Platz sich frei zu bewegen.Man hatte keine Möglichkeit die nassen Sachen aufzuhängen. Im Bad an der Decke hatten wir Schimmel, als ich die Chefin darauf ansprach bekam ich nur ein entsetztes schauen? Das Essen war in Ordnung und auch abwechslungsreich und das Personal war wirklich sehr sehr nett, aber das machte auch nichts mehr gut. Im Pool Salzwasser das fanden die Kinder ganz unangenehm.Der Strand entsprach auch nicht unseren Vorstellungen kiesstrand und Riesen Steine im Wasser ohne Schuhe konnte man da nicht rein gehen und der Strand war auch wirklich klein und der Sonne wöllig ausgeliefert kein Schatten.Für die Schirme musste man wieder mal bezahlen, Abzocke ???Ein teurer Urlaub der sich nicht gelohnt hat.Wir werden da nie wieder hinfahren?

That is exactly what we have in mind when we provided to our guests all necessary room information during booking about the size, view, and type of room so that guests can choose size (from 18m2 to 75m2), view (sea view, seaside -partial view due to the trees obscuring the view, park, courtyard/garden, atrium), type of the room (double, single, family, connected rooms or apartment) and a budget (from 85-550 EUR) depending on the type of room and the season in which resides. We do not know what happened and why there were different expectations for the reserved one.
