Anlage sehr schön, liegt aber zwischen 2 stark befahrenen Strassen. Essen und Hygiene nicht akzeptabel. Personal nett, aber teilweise zu übergriffig, zu kumpelhaft. Den ganzen Tag wird man von nerviger Musik, vor allem deren Bass genervt.

  • Vornehmlich Tiefkühlkost, verkochtePasta Pasta, fad, obschon Unmenge von Gewürzen in der Gartenanlage, Gemüse z. T. aus der Büchse. Griechische Küche fehlte, Fisch wie Kaugummi. Frühstück o. K. Essen meist kalt. Hygiene: viele Gäste litten an Diarrhö! Die Lautstärke der Musik, bes. des dröhnenden Basses ist nicht akzeptabel.

    Anlage sehr schön, klein, Pool morgens noch o. K., später nicht mehr zu empfehlen, da zu viele Leute für sehr trübes Wasser sorgen. Die Liegen sind toll, wenn sie denn auch desinfiziert würden. Cocktails werden in unappetitlichen Plastikbechern ausgegeben.

    Dear Kathrin, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. It's a shame that it turned out that way and you didn't recommend our hotel to others. however, reading your comment, we would say with absolute certainty that it is more of an absolutely malicious comment, which for some reason aims to negatively affect the hotel since the generalities you write have absolutely nothing to do with the reality in the hotel and simply they are based on the negativity that you also possess as a person. So, let us remind you that you have come on vacation in a fully renovated hotel in all its areas, both in the rooms and in the common areas, with new facilities, new bars, restaurant, interior and exterior furniture, all new. The furniture of the central pool is also brand new, apart from being cleaned every day at 6 in the morning, as well as the entire pool area, they also have leatherette fabric, which does not retain stains or dirt. Honestly, it's amazing how much time you'll have to spend to find where the fabric might be dirty, without even mentioning the pool area as a whole, where with the furniture it has and the entire renovation as a whole, it's hard to find it in 4 star hotel. Regarding the food, you honestly either don't know Greek cuisine, or you simply want to once again point out the ill-chosen character of your comment. It is impossible, in the 2 weeks you were at our hotel, not to notice everyday Greek food on the buffet, such as moussaka, pastitsio, lamb in parchment paper, souvlaki, gyro, pork and chicken, roast in the oven, tzatziki, the kontosouvli and many Greek dishes that are available daily in the hotel's buffet and in the live cooking. Regarding the temperature of the food, the machines in the buffet, which are also new, are set at 75 degrees which is by the law the right temperature for the food in order to keep it hot. The most important and slanderous part of your comment, without having any evidence for it, just stating it arbitrarily because you want to blame, is your reference to an incident of some customers having diarrhea which never happened. And since you are accusing us without any evidence of this, we would like you to know that every month we give samples of our food to a certified chemical institute in our city, the results of which are available at the reception for any customer who wishes to see them. And besides the food, we give a sample from the tank of drinking water which is constantly filtered with a special filtration system, from all the hotel's swimming pools, and from the soft drinks and juice machines in the hotel's bars and restaurants. So you can't arbitrarily accuse the company of something you have no proof of. Because you should know that we have every right to take legal action against you for defamation. About music, in our hotel especially this season after the big renovation we did in the hotel, we decided duing the day to play lounge music in low volume. To be honest, we play so much lounge and chill music this summer and in low volume, so some guests asked by us to play more club or reggaeton music. Really, we do not understand where exactly you listen the bass from the music to play loud. Maybe you listen it in another place or hotel? But for sure not in our hotel. Our hotel is true that is located between 2 roads, the highway and the old one. Every room after the renovation is equipped with new aluminium frames with thermal insulation and double glasses. So its very difficult any sound to pass through the windows. Of course, outside is possible to listen a sound from the highway but this is normal, as the hotel is not isolated, but in a normal residential area. In conclusion, the miserable and ill-intentioned way we often comment on the things around us, which although normal to us seem strange, are the result of our miserable and unhappy life. Especially when we go on vacation in a renovated hotel, in beautiful Crete. Of course there is always place for improvement and we have been moving in this direction for 37 years with the aim of satisfying the wishes of our guests. Kind Regards, Amnissos Residence.
