Dear Mr. Willi, Thank you so much for taking the time to share your feedback. It's a shame that it turned out that way and you didn't recommend our hotel to others. First and foremost, we would like to thank you for your kind comments about our recently renovated hotel. We are very glad that you really liked and enjoyed our facilities and our new additions. Then we would like to thank you for evaluating the hotel staff with 6 points and for recognizing the effort they make to make all our customers satisfied. We will transfer your comments to the relevant departments in order to give them strength and to continue working with passion and love as they always do. Regarding the sea, it is geologically rocky and unfortunately we cannot do anything about it. We can only suggest that you wear special shoes when you enter, then there is no problem to swim in the clear waters. However, we would like to inform you that where there are rocks, the water is always crystal clear. In addition, We are very sorry to read that we have not fulfilled your expectations about the food and the beverage. In our restaurant, we would like to inform you and assure you that all our dishes are always freshly prepared from high-quality regional ingredients and we assure you that our food is cooked with Cretan olive oil by our family as we have oil production. Furthermore, you will find a large selection of Greek dishes daily. Everyday in our buffet we provide four different types of meats, vegetables, fishes, different types of salads, pastas, rice and traditional sweets. We have also the live cooking and everyday the options are different. Generally, we provide a Greek traditional, varied buffet for all the tastes. About the breakfast, we provide exactly what is needed for a proper and sufficient breakfast. For example: 3 types of eggs, crepes, pancakes, waffles , croissants with chocolate or with butter, or cream, traditional pies, sausages, bacon, fries, loukoumades, French toast,roast tomatoes, salads, cold cuts, different cheeses, vegetables, the cakes vanilla and chocolate, 4 different types of milk the 3 different types of yogurt, fruit salads, traditional spoon sweets, cookies etc. According to your reference to soft drinks, we would like to inform you that we cooperate with the company “Fimi” which is a Cretan company and as professionals we have learned to support our local producers, not just the multinational companies. we don't think they should be labeled as non-stinky because they are local products and you come to Crete to try them. Then, we would like to inform you that we have chosen to serve our soft drinks through a post-mix machines because in this way we protect the environment by avoiding throwing daily thousands aluminum, glass and plastic packages to the environment. Also, the all inclusive program provides all the types of alcohol for example (vodka,gin,tequila,whiskey,rum,raki,ouzo,brandy,wine rose,red and white and 5 cocktails) as you mentioned. Furthermore, you could have chosen our signature cocktails which have affordable prices. To conclude with, since we take very seriously the reviews from our guests, we regret that you were not totally satisfied with your stay with us and you do not recommend us but we hope you will return to our hotel in the future giving us a second chance.
