Superb that you enjoyed “very good food” at our fine-dining a-la-carte restaurant Varkarola, joining our gem theme night “The Lobster Night” with the yummy, scrumptious flavours, the excellent service, the fantastic dancing Show and the magnificent views of sunset and the Aegean Sea. Thrilling that you also enjoyed Breakfasts here, hoping you tasted items from the local Rhodian cuisine, with the locally produced ingredients, such as “Melekouni”, the traditional, since antiquity, honey sesame seed cinnamon and thyme treat like nougat, treat of weddings, baptisms and feasts! Also, I hope you indulged into the taste of biting into “Loukoumathes”, the honey soaked, cinnamon flavored, bite-sized, traditional Greek donut puff ! All presented at the certified Greek Breakfast Corner and enjoyed at the beautiful Iliades Restaurant patio with the majestic view of the azure Aegean Sea overlooking! Amazed that you enjoyed absorbing the Rhodian sunrays by the beautifully laid pools, hoping you experienced swimming in the endless crystal-clear waters of the 50 shades of the Aegean blue at the beach “at your doorstep”. A beach, accessed through the underground passage connecting the hotel with the beach, which is awarded for a third consecutive year with the “Blue Flag 2022” for participating in the guarantee for “no-less-than” excellent quality sea waters international programme, and for caring for the environment, the health & safety of our distinguished Guests!
