Ich war am Wochenende Gast in diesem Hotel. Die Lage und die Zimmer sind gut. Die Heizung im Bad funktionierte nicht. Wurde auch nicht repariert. Das Frühstück ist Mittelmaß, aber das Personal unfreundlich du unaufmerksam. Bereits um 8.30 Uhr wurde nur auf Nachfrage aufgefüllt. Auch die Damen an der Rezeption könnten freundlicher sein. Laut Vertrag sollten 4,-- Kurtage bezahlt werden, abgerechnet wurde 5,--.
Wir haben gut geschlafen. Zimmer war gut, nur die Heizung im Bad funktioniert nicht. Wurde auch nicht behoben.
Die Wünsche wurde eher nicht beachtet.
Zur Metro wenige Minuten.
