Sehr kühler Empfang an der Rezeption, Koffer musste ich selber ins Zimmer bringen, es waren nur 3 Personen beim einchecken.

Mit Blick auf Tennisplatz und keiner Morgensonne war ich wohl selber Schuld, kein Meerblickzimmer gebucht zu haben.

Warme Buffet waren sehr abwechslungsreich, Dessertsbuffet eher täglich gleiches Angebot. Bei den Getränken gab es eine App, was inclusive war oder extra zum zahlen. Und das bei Alkoholfreien Getränken. Finde geht gar nicht.
Service im Restaurant war sehr nett und zuvorkommend. An der Poolbar sehr gestresst, es war nicht möglich 2 Kugel Eis auf 1 Hörnchen zu bekommen. Immer musste man bei jeder Bestellung die Zimmernummer angeben, trotz all Inclusive.

- Strand
Die tägliche Reservierung mit den Handtüchern der Gäste war sehr nervig. Um 10uhr musste man hoffen noch einen Platz zu bekommen. Es war sehr laut am Pool, direkt unterhalb verlief die Hauptstraße . Zum Strand musste man diese mit einer Ampel überqueren. Der Strand hat auf den Fotos besser ausgesehen wie in Natura. An der Strandbar war auch nichts inclusive, es wurde einem 15% Rabat gewährt, wenn man Hotelgast war. Da hätte ich auch nur HP buchen können. Aber vielleicht war ich von anderen All inclusive Hotels zu verwöhnt gewesen.

Dear Buja, Thank you for your review and for giving us the chance to put some things straight. All the rooms are based on the bookings received through Travel Agents. If a guest wished to upgrade when at the hotel, he/she needs to contact the reception desk, pay the extra fee if there is availability and will be moved to the upgraded room. Unfortunately only standard sea view rooms, superior sea view rooms and Junior suites have the privilege to have the morning sun according to the hotel's physical standing. Porter service is available for all arrivals and departures. Guests are asked on arrival whether they would like their luggage to be taken to the room for them, and if so their advised to place stickers already provided on their suitcases for identification purposes. In the pool are staff is always available to provide guests with extra sunbeds upon request. Sands beach bar provides free sunbeds and cold water to all hotel guests who wish to use the facility and also gives a 15% discount on all food and beverage orders. This is as well advertised in all websites. Thank you once more and hope to seeing you again.
