Dear Guest, Thank you for taking the time to write about your stay at our hotel. Although we were disappointed to see your overall experience comes along with a 4* rating. Therefore, we would like to point out a few things about your review. We cannot understand your negative feedback concerning the help you received for your child’s health issue that you mentioned. In all cases, we call a doctor with whom we have 24-hour communication. All the rooms are renovated. Some rooms have light wood furniture whereas others have darker wood but it is certainly not old as you mentioned. Every evening a kids’ dance event takes place and is available in all languages and in particular, 3 employees who are fluent German speakers two of whom have a long experience in a German club hotel work for the kids club. As far as the rudeness of our staff is concerned, this comment is unusual as the feedback we usually receive is highly favourable. I believe there is some kind of misunderstanding in what you have remarked and it would have been better if you had called me directly so that all the problems you have mentioned could have been resolved.
