Aus DeutschlandWir kennen das Hotel von vor 2 Jahren... Seit dem hat sicheiniges verbessert anderes verschlechtert. Dadurch das HV (England) ist die Animation komplett auf Englisch und auf die englischen Gäste ausgelegt. Auch konnten wir an diversen Poolspielen nicht teilnehmen das das über die HV App ging, wo wir uns nicht registrieren konnten. Daher ist es echt schade das KEINE ANIMATION von Tui statt fand. Für mich ist TUI ein Qualitätsmerkmal, was TUI nicht gerecht wird. Das war mal ein TUI Hotel, aber dieses hat sich leider komplett verändert. TUI ist nur noch der lückenfüller und das ist extrem Schade
