I would like to elaborate on your points: Location - the Hotel is 5 minutes from the city centre, 2 minutes from the harbour and 200 meters from Pantahou Blue flag Beach. Room - allocations are done based on the room each guests has purchased and as per our Travel partners reservation list. Sometimes guests purchase an inexpensive room and are having different expectations. Please on your future travels is important to ensure that the square meters of a room, meets your requirements. Service - Atlantica Sancta Napa is well known for the service excellence we offer to all our guests with friendliness and warm smiles. Food - many guests have stated that the food at our establishment is the best they have tasted in any All Inclusive Hotel they visited. Entertainment - it takes place at the main entertainment area and all guests are welcomed to join in.
