Dear Ljubica , Thank you for your post and for choosing to stay with us. It was a pleasure looking after you. As you may see from the photos which are shared with our Travel partners and on our Website, the Hotel lobby and accommodation corridors, are part of an atrium. Elaboration: Atrium is a large open-air or skylight-covered space Kindly appreciate that it is beyond challenging to cool off the whole Atrium. There are however air-conditionings at the sitting areas which is noticeable when entering the Lobby area. I appreciate your comment for the restaurant however it is an open plan area; as you have witnessed. My Team and I are hoping that you have enjoyed some aspects of you stay as you have only focussed on the Airconditioning - which I perfectly understand the importance- and are hoping to having the pleasure welcoming you back, allowing us to make amends. Atlantica Sancta Napa is a non smoking Hotel since 2017; however there are 3 designated areas for our smoking guests to enjoy. As Dinner time is very special, even in an All Inclusive Hotel, the following dress code applies: Dress Code for Breakfast and Lunch Times: Casual attire. Bare footed guests, or only in Bathers (swimsuits) or guests in wet clothing, are not permitted to enter the Restaurants at any time. Dinner Time:- Elegant/Smart Dress code Ladies & Gentlemen are required to wear elegant/smart attire (for gentlemen tailored shorts & chinos are recommended). Flip Flops and any kind of beachwear are NOT permissible, ONLY at dinner time. We kindly request from gentlemen to to avert from wearing Sleeveless T-Shirts. The above evening dress code and smoking policy are shared with all our Travel partners, well in advance. Additionally are stated clearly on our website.
