Der Check in war leider schon nicht gut. im Zimmer angekommen merkt man mal wie laut es ist weil die Lobby quasi bis nach oben offen ist und man bis in die Nacht hinein alles hört. Außerdem haben wir eine Lebensmittelvergiftung bekommen, sehr schade
Entsprach nicht wirklich der Zimmerbeschreibung, Vorallem das uralte Bad nicht

Ausweise mussten beim Check-in vorgezeigt werden und wurden einfach ohne etwas zu sagen einbehalten. geht gar nicht!!

Dear Sabrina, We have read your post very carefully and with immense surprise. The Hotel accommodated during your visit 550 guests and no one mentioned such comment. All our guests are raving about the quality of the buffets every day and admire the cleanliness of the buffet area. Our Kitchen abides by all HACCP regulations and if known earlier, I would have invited you to visit the Kitchen area to establish the cleanliness first hand. Dear Sabrina, young guests when they travel abroad do not realise that sun and alcohol don’t go well together and when they get unwell, they think is because of the Hotel. Kindly note that neither the Hotel or TUI representatives have been notified for such event.
