Aus DeutschlandDas Hotel war schön, das Zimmer zu klein und zu wenig Abladeplatz für Drei Personen! Zimmer und vor allem das Bad ist schon sehr in die Jahre gekommen und müsste neu gemacht werden! Die Sauberkeit im Zimmer ging so, es wurde nicht richtig gesaugt und gewischt.

Dear Lena, " . . . The hotel was nice, the room was too small and there wasn't enough space for three people . . ." We are happy to read that you have enjoyed an overall nice holiday at our establishment and please accept my personal apologies for the room not being up to proper cleaning standards. I have already met with the Housekeeping department requesting from the Executive Housekeeper to focus on the new recruits and proceed with further training. The Hotel is consisted of 357 rooms, with various types and sizes. I wish to kindly advise that our room sizes, start from 20 sq meters and go up to 26 sq meters.
