Sehr gut gelegene Anlage, die einen gepflegten und sauberen Eindruck hinterlässt. Die Poolanlage ist etwas kleiner, aber ebenfalls in einem sehr guten Zustand. Zimmer immer sauber. Trotz des internationalen Publikums (GB, NL, DE, DK, SE, ES) herrschte eine angenehme, entspannte Atmosphäre ohne Radau und besondere Vorkommnisse.
Wir hatten eine sehr freundliche Reinigungskraft. Unser Zimmer war immer top sauber! Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit seitlichem Meerblick und Blick auf den Pool. Keine Lärmbelästiung von Außen oder durch benachbarte Zimmer. Ausgestattet mit Klimaanlage, TV (Hinweis: für Deutsche nur wenige Sender), Föhn, kleinem Kühlschrank, Safe (kostenlos), sehr gutem W-LAN. Bei den Steckdosen benötigt man als Deutsche einen Reiseadapter für dreipolige britische Steckdosen (Typ G). Das Badezimmer hat eine geräumige Regenwasserdusche, Toilette und Waschbecken. Alles recht modern. Die Handtücher werden täglich gewechselt.
Die Qualität des Essens ist gut, teilweise auch sehr gut. Das Frühstück mag eher etwas britisch ausfallen. Doch es ist für jeden etwas dabei und jeder wird satt. Denn das Buffet wird regelmäßig aufgefüllt und die Speißen teilweise frisch gekocht. Es gibt eine gute Auswahl an Salat, Pasta, Fleisch- und Fischgerichten. Zudem genug Desserts und Eis. Getränkebestellungen werden sehr schnell am Tisch aufgenommen (mittags und abends) und gebracht. Kaum Wartezeiten. Morgens herrscht Selbstbedienung an der Kaffeetheke.
Sehr freundliches Personal in allen Bereichen. Die Chefin ist immer nah an den Gästen, führt viele Gespräche mit Ihnen und ebenso hat Sie ein sehr gutes Verhältnis zu ihren Angestellten. Wir sind mit vielen lieben Mitarbeitern sehr oft ins Gespräch gekommen. Alle können sehr gut Englisch. Einige sogar etwas deutsch sprechen.
Zentral im Ort gelegen. Zu Fuß erreicht man die "Partymeile" und die Stadt in 10-15min. Sehr gute Autovermietung nur 2 min vom Hotel entfernt. Mit einem Auto sind etwas näher gelegene Ziele wie die Blue Lagoon, Sea Caves, Bridge of Lovers und sehr empfehlenswert: Konnos Beach schnell zu erreichen. Wir hatten zudem einen geführten Ausflug nach Varosha (Ghost-Town) gebucht.

Können wir weniger beurteilen, da wir sie nicht in Anspruch genommen haben. Aber es gibt einen Fitneßbereich outdoor (hinter dem Barbereich) und ein Fitneßstudio indoor. Dazu die Poolanlage, wo jeden Tag Spiele oder Fitneß angeboten werden.

It is so amazing to read that you have enjoyed our convenient location, cleanliness, friendliness and Buffet food offerings. Atlantica Sancta Napa’s envious location has been praised by many families and couples who are visiting us. But the most important event is your visit to Varosha which is a sacred destination for the Cyprus population. I recall our conversation how sad you felt seeing the ruins of our beautiful city. I have conveyed to Aourika (your friendly cleaning lady) your feedback and she has asked me to say that it was a real pleasure looking after such a beautiful couple. All rooms and public areas have 3-pin electrical plug socket indeed. Adaptors can be purchased from Reception for €2.50. On another note, I am very happy you have enjoyed the high quality of the Wi-Fi; our system has been updated to satisfy all our guests needs. Thank you for complementing our Buffet! Our chef and her brigade select local produce to promote our Cypriot dishes, salads and desserts. It is extremely rewarding when our guests notice these very important details. I have had a meeting with our chef as well and we are looking into introducing alternative dishes for our German market to enjoy. Luigi our Entertainment Manager, Christina and Magy enjoy the company of our guest! Magy welcomes little guests to the play room sharing with them educational games on using their imagination and encourages creativity. Additionally, she provides information on the environment, playing various games and our little guests are having a blast. Luigi and Christina give their very best under the warm weather 7 days a week with entertaining animation during the day, interesting games during the evening along with outsourced shows.
