I appreciate your constructive feedback on the butter presentation and I wish to advise you that the lid of the butter dispenser was accidentally broke during service and another one has been ordered. Health and safety of our guests is paramount at Atlantica Sancta Napa, and this can be established by the cleanliness you were surrounded during your visit, in the rooms, public areas, restaurant and buffet areas. We are a plastic free Hotel and butter/margarine plastic portions have been abolished since 2019. We have been using our butter/margarine presentation since the beginning of season 2022 and honestly, we had no issues whatsoever.
