Sehr unfreundliches Auftreten des Personals. Kein Hallo/danke/bitte/tschüss, schlecht gelaunte Gesichter begrüßen einen bei jeder Mahlzeit. Handtücher wurden trotz Signal des auf den Boden legen, lediglich wieder aufgehangen statt ausgetauscht. Selbst auf Nachfrage bekam man nur zu einer 50/50 Wahrscheinlichkeit tatsächlich neue Handtücher. Balkon wurde nicht sauber gemacht. Das Essen war in Ordnung, die Getränke sehr gut allerdings nur Plastik-Einwegbecher, schwach für ein 4 Sterne Hotel. Poolanlage war sehr schön und auch das TUI Animationsteam war sehr nett und motiviert. Die Umgebung des Hotels war jedoch erschreckend, lediglich verlassene Geschäfte oder Rotlicht. Hin & wieder ein Supermarkt. Nicht sonderlich schön leider und dafür definitiv zu teuer!

Regarding housekeeping, please allow us to clarify that, as communicated to all tour operators and in our guest information, linens are changed every other day, and room cleaning is provided six times per week. Towels placed on the floor are replaced in line with this schedule. However, if there were inconsistencies in service during your stay, we sincerely apologize and will look into the matter to ensure better adherence going forward. We’re pleased you enjoyed the drinks and the pool area, as well as the positive spirit of the TUI animation team.
