Der erste Eindruck von Hotel war eher negativ. Es liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße und es ist sehr alt von innen. Von außen sieht die Anlage sehr klein aus ö. Unser erster Eindruck war eher enttäuschend.
Seeeehr alte Zimmer und nur durch Nachfrage haben wir ein neues Zimmer bekommen. Der Schlafraum genau so wie im anderen Zimmer , nur das Bad war saniert.
Das Essen war im Mittelfeld. Es war für jeden es dabei und man wurde satt. Aber das war’s dann auch. Die Atmosphäre war eher mit einer Kantine zu vergleichen.
An dem Bars waren sie in Ordnung. Am Büfett und am Tisch eher nur auf Massen aus. Haben einen den Teller weggenommen sobald man das Besteck nicht mehr in der Hand hatte.
Es liegt direkt an einer Hauptstraße und es ist weniger sauber drum herum.

Angebote von der Animation waren in Ordnung. Die Show allerdings jeden Abend gleich aufgebaut. Ab Tag 3 kann man mitsprechen.

It is sad to read that we did not manage to meet your expectations during your stay with us, and for all the shortcomings you have experienced, which came with a bit of a surprise to us. Regarding your comments about the rooms,kindly note that you received what you have booked. So if you wanted to upgrade ,it was the right thing to ask. At that point we would like to mention that the new rooms are totally new and sea view . The hotel is also recently renovated (new restaurant, snack bars -italian and greek- , main bar , main lounge and the outer space nearby the main bar ) Furthermore to your comments, we would like to inform you that in our restaurant and snack bars , and events we serve different style of food every day (chinese, italian, greek, mexican . cretan , variety of meats and fish , carvery ,gala) and for sure it is not a canteen atmosphere. Even more we do offer to our guests every day some extra events from 12-16:00 (BBQ, Sausages ,ouzo and meze). In any case we are certainly not satisfied that you left our hotel with mixed feelings and we really hope we will have the honor to welcome you again in our Hotel soon.
