Dear Natalia, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments on Holiday Check further to your recent stay with us. Allow us to express our disappointment that there were certain aspects in our Hotel that were not up to your liking. Even more we regret that we were not informed during your stay in our Hotel, as we would have had the chance to find a solution in order to satisfy your preferences. Regarding your comments about the cleanliness of the rooms, kindly note that rooms are cleaned daily and towels are changed 4 times per week and maybe everyday if left down at the floor or if noticed uncleaned .
