Nach anfänglichen Schwierigkeiten (bedingt durch die extreme Gästeauslastung zu unserer Reisezeit), die uns als Stammgäste der Hotelkette sehr gestört haben, haben wir zum Luxury Bahia Principe Akumal geupgraded. Dazu gibt es eine detailliertere Bewertung. Besonders positiv hervorzuheben sind die beiden Guest Relations Manager Sidharta und Yhosibel, die mit Kompetenz und Freundlichkeit sich aller Belange der Gäste annehmen.
