Sehr schöne und gepflegte Anlage! Sehr nettes Personal, große Auswahl an Speisen und geschmacklich sehr gut. Vor allem die A-la Karte Restaurants sind sehr zu empfehlen. Wir haben eine Massage im Spa gebucht und haben es dort sehr genossen. Jamilye und Delania haben das wunderbar gemacht. Natürlich war aufgrund der COVID-Pandemie noch einiges geschlossen (Geschäfte, Bars, Restaurants), aber es war trotzdem genug Auswahl da. Uns persönlich hat das Grand Bahia Tulum optisch ein wenig besser gefallen: die Anlage wirkt moderner und auch die Gäste machten einen internationaleren Eindruck (im Coba war v.a. über das Wochenende viele Einheimische vor Ort). Sollten wir noch einmal dorthin fliegen, würden wir uns vermutlich für das andere Hotel entscheiden.
