Tipp: Toilettenpapier wird immer vergessen aufzufüllen, aber in der zweiten Etage im Aussenbereich ist ein klappriger Schrank, dort finden Sie welches.

Wir hatten ein Zimmer mit Terrasse, welche allerdings komplett “eingemauert” war. Ein Blick nach aussen war nicht möglich. Man kam sich hier regelrecht “eingesperrt” vor. Daraufhin fragten wir nach einem anderen Zimmer und bekamen dieses zwei Nächte später auch. Dieses war wesentlich heller, da mit weissen Möbeln (wenn diese auch alle schon recht abgelebt waren). Die Terrasse war offener. Allerdings könnte man hier auch gemütliche Möbel stellen, selbst Liegen wären auf beiden Terrassen möglich gewesen. Und vor allem ein Sonnenschutz. So sind beide Terrassen tagsüber nicht brauchbar. Schade. Das Bett ist in der zweiten Etage, aber Vorsicht, hier heisst es geduckt laufen, sonst gibts Beulen am Kopf (wir hatten übrigens beide eine). Gewöhnungsbedürftig. Im Bad gab es nur eine Überkopfbrause. Da wird Haare waschen zum Kraftakt, insbesondere wenn diese lang sind. Es dauert ewig den Schaum auszuwaschen. Das Toilettenpapier soll in einen kleinen Mülleimer mit Schwingdeckel, statt in die Toilette. Ja, auch das stellt sich schwierig dar. Die Sauberkeit ist durchschnittlich. Das Bodenwischwasser wurde von der Reinigungsfrau für alle Zimmer genutzt. Dies stellten wir fest, als sie bei uns gerade wischen wollte und das Wasser vom Vorgänger benutzte. Naja…

Das Frühstück gibts draussen am Pool. Aber es ist leider sehr sehr langweilig. Toast, Marmelade, Honig, zwei Sorten Wurst (immer die gleiche Wurst), mal ein Brötchen, Ei (im Wechsel Spiegelei und Rührei), eine Sorte Cornflakes, Gurke, Tomate und leckeren warmen Orangensaft. So, das wars auch mit der Abwechslung. Da geht doch noch was!

Die Gastgeberin Maria ist leider nicht unser “Geschmack” gewesen. Gespielte Freundlichkeit ist einfach nicht unser Ding. Aber mit der Bitte ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen, war es selbst damit vorbei. Man hat uns sehr spüren lassen, dass Kritik gar nicht geht, wenngleich wir auch sehr freundlich fragten, ob vielleicht ein anderes Zimmer möglich sei. So durften wir auch nicht am Hotel parken, dass war dann nur den “lieben” Gästen vorbehalten. Wir durften 500 Meter Fußweg in Kauf nehmen und mussten in der “Pampa” parken. “Einen schönen Tag” bekamen wir auch nicht mehr gewünscht. Sehr komisches Verhalten von den Gastgebern. Aber irgendwie passten wir nicht in diese gespielt freundschaftliche Atmosphäre.

Firstly, your room change did indeed occur two days later due to our full occupancy. To ensure that you received a room of the same type, we kindly requested that you wait until a corresponding room became available. We have available photographs of the type of room you selected online, which provide a clear representation. The new room you received features a ceiling with a slight slope, a characteristic of the traditional architecture of our building. We also appreciate your comment regarding the shower. We understand that it may pose some challenges for those with long hair, and we are actively exploring ways to enhance its functionality. It is worth noting that both balconies of the room receive ample sunlight throughout the day, providing a pleasant and bright atmosphere. The enclosed and walled terrace was designed to offer a quiet and protected experience, functioning as a private space for relaxation. Regarding toilet paper, it is continually replenished by our staff. The closet in the hallway is strictly reserved for staff use. If you ran out of toilet paper, as you mentioned, we always encourage guests to reach out to the reception, which you did not do. Instead, you opted to trespass into the staff area by opening the closet, which is not permitted. In accordance with Greek policy, toilet paper should be disposed of in the bin to protect the sewage system and to safeguard the environment and the sea, a practice we consistently communicate to our guests. As for our breakfast, it features high-quality products, many of which are organic, and we consistently receive positive reaction from our guests regarding the quality of our services. However, it is important to highlight that our cleaning staff adheres to strict cleanliness standards, as is the case for all rooms in our hotel. Regarding parking, we provided an option for an additional charge, but you chose not to utilize it. Parking is available for all our guests, without discrimination. Additionally, our hostess is always friendly and approachable to all guests, with a good attitude and humor, which is generally appreciated by our visitors. Lastly, concerning the room tax, the amount you mentioned included charges from the bar. The accommodation tax has increased this year due to legislative changes.
