Aus DeutschlandDas Hotel war sehr schön und sauber. Das Essen im Hauptrestaurant war nicht so toll, da es oft das Gleiche gab. Geschmacklich kann ich es nicht weiterempfehlen. Ich hatte während unseren Aufenthalts Magenprobleme, obwohl ich sehr darauf geachtet hatte, was ich esse. An Themenabenden gab es keine Abwechslung. Die schlechteste Lasagne und Pizza habe ich dort gegessen. Für ein 5 Sterne Hotel ist das eine reinste Katastrophe. Das mexikanische A la carte Restaurant war hingegen super toll. Alles sehr schmackhaft und die Bedienung war auch sehr gut. Diskret und nicht aufdringlich. Am Pool herrschte Personalmangel, da nur eine Person Getränkebestellungen aufgenommen hat. Am Strand gab es niemanden.
