90% Einheimische, die nicht wissen, wie man sich benimmt ! Ganze Anlage dreckig wie eine Müllhalde, Kakarlaken am Strand und auf allen Gängen liegen Teller und Essens Reste. Man kommt am Strand wie auch im Zimmer nicht zur Ruhe, da man am Strand non Stop von Masseuren etc. vollgequatscht wird und diese auch kein Nein akzeptieren, sowie Nachts/Morgens die Einheimischen in den Gängen und Zimmern herumschreien wie im Zoo - Schlaf Unmöglich ! Touristen werden wie Müll behandelt, erst recht die Frauen ! An der Rezeption wird der Tourist ebenfalls nicht erst genommen, da dort versucht wird jede Schuld zurück zu weisen und höchstens geraten wird "umzuquartieren" in ein anderes Hotel, welches man nicht wollte. Ebenfalls die All-Inclusive-Lüge: Man bucht es zwar, jedoch steht nirgens, dass es nur Zeitlich begrenzt ist, sodass man z.B. ab 0 Uhr nichts mehr bekommt. Mein Fazit: NIE WIEDER !

First of all we would like to thank you for choosing our hotel for your latest holiday, and we sincerely sorry that could not meet your expectations during the stay. On the behalf of the entire management team of Beach Albatros Resort we would like to assure you that all the above mentioned notice from your feedback were taken into consideration in order to improve the level of the service in our hotel. There were some statements in the feedback which we would like to clarify in order not to mislead other customers: 1) during your holiday hotel was not 90% full with Egyptian guests; we did have rather big amount of local guests due to the celebration of El Eid (the end of holy month of Ramadan); 2) as a well-known and reputable 4* resort we guarantee high standards of the cleanliness and hygiene in the hotel. From the attached photos is quite obvious that there was a beach party and you pictured it right after it was ended and before the area was made up by House keeping; 4) there is a special "relax zone" in the hotel where guests can enjoy the time at the pool and not to be bothered by sales men and families with kids; 5) our hotel provides All Inclusive concept from 10:00 am till 12:00 am (which is matching with international standards); this information is available online, as well as in all catalogues and brochures.
