- Buffet Im Hauptrestaurant am Abend dürfte grösser sein wegen der Anzahl an Feriengästen (Verhältnis stimmt nicht). - Als Allergiker musste alles ecplizit verlangt werden (keine Ecke mit z.B. glutenfreien Sachen) - Zimmer etwas in die fie Jahre gekommen - „Late Checkout“ etwas unglücklich. Spätes Checkout war leider nicht möglich und erst am Vorabend kommuniziert vom Hotel. Ist etwas umständlich, wenn man am Abend erst abgeholt wird und die nächsten TUI Gäste ja auch erst nach 23 Uhr ankommen.

Dear Martin, Thank you for taking the time to share your comments and for choosing to stay with us. We apologize, we were not able to offer you a late check out on your departure day. Unfortunately when the hotel is fully booked, sometimes the occupancy does not allow this. Also this cannot be confirmed in advance, only a day before, when there is a clearer picture from the next day's arrivals. Please be advised that in the hotel there is a procedure for allergies and the guests are advised to contact our guest relation upon arrival and she will give further instructions regarding what and where to eat and will also inform the restaurants about the allergies. Also a meeting with the chef can be arranged in case. In the buffet restaurant these procedures needs to be cooperated by all guests, not only by the ones with allergies in order not to spoil or contaminate the dishes.
