Positiv: Weitläufige, gepflegte Anlage mit sehr viel grün; freundliches Personal an den Bars & in der Gelateria. Negativ: Zimmerreinigung (dass Pflegeartikel nicht nachgelegt werden, kann man noch verschmerzen, dass aber Toilettenpapier nicht nachgelegt wurde (extra Anruf an der Rezeption notwendig) ist ein No Go); Personal in den Restaurants (insb. Hauptrestaurant) überfordert - lange Wartezeiten auf Getränke, das Eindecken der Tische. Beim Abendessen wurden ab ca. 20 Uhr keine Tische mehr draußen eingedeckt, obwohl das Restaurant bis 21 Uhr geöffnet hat.
