When we read a constructive criticism we always investigate it as we make a continuous effort to maintain a high level of service. We advertise everywhere the size of each room type and its facilities. We apologize for any misunderstanding. Your comment about our staff surprises us since the majority of the feedback we get is positive. Regarding the beach, sunbeds reservation is not permitted. We regret that you didn't contact our staff about it. We assure you they would have provided you with sunbeds on the beach. Kindly be advised that we will share your comments with the management as we love to improve ourselves and offer the best service to our guests.
