When you come in there is a green wall and that's just one of all green and bio things in the hotel. These things make it a very restfull environment in a big city. We are a Dutch family, excisting of 4 persons. Two parents and two children (19 and 17 years old). We visited the hotel for 4 nights and had logies and breakfast. The staff spoke perfect German and English, so we understood them well.
Beautiful room, space enough. The bathroom is really innovative and I liked it. The douche is perfectly isolated so that the rest of the room doesn't become wet. Little disadvantage was that our room lied next to the street where the Billa was supplied every day really early in the morning. I naturally wake up early in the morning every day, but 6 'o clock was even for me to early. I think when your room lies on the other side, at the garden, it's wonderfully silent.
I really loved the breadfast. After some Portugese, Spanisch and Italian hotels is a Austrian breadfast the best you can get. A lot of choices between all kinds of (biological) bread and muesli/cruesli. A huge bowl of fruit an enough spreads for the bread, even some typical Austrian, which is always nice to see :) And a big plus because they even had soy milk (and other soy products), I've never seen that before.
The staff is very friendly and smiles all the time, in contrast to a lot of waiters in restaurants in Vienna. The rooms are well cleaned every day.
The hotel lies near the centre of Vienna. It's a short walk to a big shopping street and the metro goes in 10 minutes to the centre. The airport is pretty far away, but there's a special bus witch goes twice an hour. It's a pity that the neighbourhood of the hotel is not as beautiful as the rest of the city.
