Dieses Hotel ist nicht zu empfehlen. Gastronomie gut außer das Buffetrestaurant dort gibt es immer dasselbe und die Mitarbeiter sind dort sehr genervt . Es gab nicht mal für unsere Kinder kleine Gabeln oder Löffel auch auf Anfrage nicht . Toiletten an Pools und Strand sehr dreckig . Auch die Pools sind voll mit Haaren und drübem Wasser . Wir waren schon 5 mal in Dubai und dieses Hotel war das schlechteste. Dieses Hotel hat definitiv nicht mehr als 3 Sterne verdient

Our resort houses are Inspired by mythical Thai and Arabian adventures, the themed destination resort offers facilities for guests of all ages, including a kids’ spa, a dedicated candy-themed spa with treatments, manicures, and pedicures for kids at Spa Cenvaree. All age of kids may spend their vacation exploring Camp Safari, fire shows, illusionists, magicians etc. E-zone, Mirage Family Lounge & the water park, complete with a lazy river, kids’ fun water play area, and waterslide points. We are nevertheless truly saddened that it is felt your experience on the mentioned concern did not meet the level of service that we strive to offer and that we are known for.
