Aus DeutschlandSuper tolle und schöne Hotelanlage. Alles in allem war das Preisleistungsverhältnis völlig in Ordnung. Leider hat sich unsere Tochter im Kinderpool eine Schnittverletzung am Fuß zugezogen, da dort wie auch in den anderen Pools Fließen abgebrochen waren. Diese sollten wirklich mal ausgebessert werden. Und für die Jahreszeit waren die Pools doch etwas zu kalt, obwohl sie eigentlich beheizt sein sollten. Alles in allem ist der Service sehr zuvorkommend und total engagiert. Das Essen ist abwechslungsreich und Gürkchen jeden etwas dabei.

Regarding the temperature of the pools, we are very sorry that it did not meet your expectations. All our heated pools are heated to between 24 and 26 degrees Celsius and the temperature is checked daily by our technical team. This is taken both by a probe and manually by our technical service colleagues, checking the correct temperature. We are sorry if you did not feel this way and we will also pass on your comments to check that everything is working correctly.
