Der Aufenthalt hier war generell ganz ok, das Highlight sind natürlich die Towers. Die 5 Sterne sind aber in meinen Augen nicht gerechtfertigt. In anderen 5*-Hotels in den VAE bekommt man deutlich mehr für sein Geld. Das Personal war immer freundlich, aber bei den Mahlzeiten in den Restaurants war der Service und vor allem die Schnelligkeit des Personals sehr schlecht. Auch Anfragen an das Personal wurden nur sehr langsam oder einfach gar nicht bearbeitet. Wer an einem Strand mit Meerblick haben will ist hier fehl am Platz, da der Strand an einem Hafenbecken liegt. Außerdem sind um das Hotel herum mehrere Baustellen, sodass man am Strand dauernd den Baulärm hört.
