While we were delighted to hear that you enjoyed your breakfast experience with us, we regret to hear that you fund the design to be old fashioned, room to be cold and dinner at the Executive Lounge to be limited. We wish we were made aware of the challenges that you had encountered in relation to the room temperature, so our team could have assisted with the air-conditioning system and setting your room temperature to your comfort and preference. Thank you for sharing your thoughts on the design. Conrad Dubai design carried the idea of permitting our guests to immerse themselves into local culture through including the local and cultural elements into the hotel design, we regret to hear that it was not up to your taste or were not introduced these elements by our team during your stay. We also appreciate your feedback on the Executive Lounge food offerings. Originally, our Executive Lounge was designed to replicate the comfort of a private residence with an intimate atmosphere and breathtaking views. It is open daily from 6:30am to 11:00pm, serving Continental breakfast in the morning, afternoon tea, and a Happy Hour with a selection of hot and cold canapés, as well as house beverages accompanied with light meal in the evenings. For guests who would like to enjoy a full dinner, we are delighted to invite to explore various venues and enjoy different cuisines.
