Die Lage des Hotels war sehr gut. Das Personal war freundlich. Die Zimmer waren gut ausgestattet. Die Sauberkeit könnte besser sein. Unser Zimmer war abgewohnt. Die Klimaanlage konnte manuell reguliert werden, es war aber immer viel zu kalt. Der Techniker hat das Problem nicht in den Griff bekommen. Ein Pluspunkt war das hervorragende Frühstücksbuffet.

On another hand we regret that your room condition and cleanliness did not entirely meet our usual Conrad Dubai standard. In relation to the cold temperature in your room, please know that the air-conditioning system has automatic settings in all guest rooms and maintains set temperature, however heating system is not part of the air-conditioning system, which is a regular practice in UAE due to all year warm weather. Being a high raise building, the room temperature may also be affected by the outdoor weather conditions. In cases when our guests are still feeling cold, we do have portable heaters and extra blankets available upon request.
