Dear Kevin, Thank you for taking your time to share your valued review about your stay at Conrad Dubai. While we were delighted to read that you enjoyed varied offerings at the Executive Lounge and appreciated convenient location of our hotel, we regret that you found the pool temperature to be not up to your preference. We are maintaining pool temperature 28 degrees Celsius during summer period to permit our guests to cool during excessively high outdoor temperatures and 30 degrees during winter period to feel comfortable during more cool weather conditions, in order to accommodate majority of guests preferences. We apologize if this did not feel comfortable to you. In relation to the beach access, please note that the shuttle bus services to La Mer Beach were offered previously by La Mer Beach development company, and was discontinued by them earlier this year, as beach was put partially under renovation. Currently our guests who would like to enjoy they day spend at the beach may use the Dubai taxi or Hotel Luxury transportation to reach to the desired destination.
