Sehr sauber, zuvorkommendes Personal. An Regeln muss sich hier gehalten werden. Leider gibt es den versprochenen Shuttelbus vom Hotel zum Strand seid 2020 nicht mehr. Dieser steht allerdings in den meisten Hotelbeschreibungen der Veranstalter noch drin. Ich als Strandfan fand das mehr als schade.

While we were happy to hear that overall you enjoyed your say and appreciated cleanliness of the hotel and courteous service provided by our team, we regret that your experience was marred by the information communication shortfall that was found to be outdated in regards to the beach transportations. The shuttle service to the La Mer beach was previously provided in by the public transportation authority in Dubai and was discontinued in 2022. We sincerely apologize for this error and thank you for bringing this to our attention.
