Schönes Ambiente, sehr sauber und ruhig im Zimmer. Die Fahrstuhlsituatuon war etwas kompliziert, es kam immer nur einer der 5 Fahrstuhl, ca alle 5 Minuten. Der Pool war sehr klein, aber ausreichend. Das Frühstücksbuffet hatte eine große Auswahl und sehr lecker.
Das Zimmer war mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt, modern und man hatte seine Ruhe.

Dear Nora, Thank you for sharing your kind review. We were delighted to know that you loved your clean and quiet room, as well as appreciated our breakfast buffet selection and quality of food. On another hand we regret that your stay was marred by long elevator waiting time. This is only happening during the peak hours and when the large exhibitions are taking place across the street at the World Trade Center. We certainly try to monitor and control the situation better by learning about upcoming peak hours and letting our guests about the same to avoid waiting time and queues.
