Thank you for your review of our hotel. We are disappointed to hear that we did not fulfil your holiday expectations. Please note that during winter 20/21 we have refurbished all our standard rooms, carpets have been replaced with parquet flooring and the bathrooms have been refurbished with many now having walk in showers (not baths). Regarding your comment about the mini-bar during 2020 and due to Covid regulations the mini-bar is only refilled upon request so as to limit the amount of people entering your room. Regarding your comments about the food we will speak to our Executive Chef once the hotel re-opens and ask for his temperature check list which is done several times per day and also to discuss if there were other complaints during the week you stayed and to ensure this does not happen again.
