Regarding your comment about our rating, we would like to inform you that the star categories in each country defer, and certainly many guests have different experiences from various hotels across the world. Corfu Holiday Palace is an official 5* hotel as certified by the Greek Tourism Ministry. We are sorry that the variety of food did not meet your expectations. You can imagine that trying to cater for such vast number of clients from different nationalities is challenging. Regarding your comment about the noise of the airport, we would like to inform you that as mentioned in our official website, our hotel is located near the airport and therefore there may be a slight noise. Regarding your comments about our staff members, we would like to ask you to express your comments courteously. None of our staff members would act towards our guests as you write in your comment. Our personnel is always friendly and willing to assist our valuable guests in any issue that may occur. Moreover, all our guests write the most positive reviews and comments for the hotel’s staff in all levels.
