Sehr freundlich und aufmerksam. Wünsche und Reklamationen wurden umgehend geregelt. Serviceteam an Strand und Pool war immer bemüht um Liegen, Handtücher und Getränke.
Die Anfahrt von Mombasa Airport mit PKW und kurzer Fährüberfahrt beträgt ca. 1 Stunde. Standort für Ausflüge in die Shimba Hills, Tauchexcursionen, Mombasa City und Altstadt, Holzschnitzerdorf. Kurze Fahrtstrecke zum Flugplatz in Ukunda (Flugsafaris).

Mit 2 Pools u. einem Nichtschwimmerbecken viel Platz zum Schwimmen. Dazu der hoteleigene, bewachte Strand. Möglichkeit zum Windsurfen mit Brettverleih. 18-Loch Golfplatz direkt an der Hotelanlage. Mit dem abendlichen Dinner gab es täglich Musik. Aber auch einmal eine Vorführung einer Tanz- und Gesangsgruppe.
